Your Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will contribute to culinary excellence by:

• Preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests and crew
• Conducting inventory and stock management
• Ensuring adherence to company standards and HACCP regulations
• Participating in ship preparations and closings

Qualifications:

• Completed culinary apprenticeship
• Minimum one year of experience in a 4 or 5-star kitchen
• International or shipboard experience preferred
• Excellent English skills, additional languages a plus
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
